FCU Manager User Manual updated - V1.1.0
Our FCU manager User Manual has been updated to Version 1.1.0.
The main change is the addition of a basic tuning guide (section 10) for users with dyno access.

Member Racun Refer Member (MRM)
FSR Technology kini mengadakan program MRM (bukan MLM!) khas untuk pemilik FCU membantu kawan-kawan mereka supaya tidak ketinggalan! Pemilik FCU akan mendapat RM20 dan kawan yang anda refer kepada kami akan mendapat diskaun RM20 (kalau pasang hari Rabu-Jumaat, RM10 kalau pasang hari Sabtu).
Terma dan syarat program adalah seperti berikut:
1. Tawaran hanya untuk pemilik FCU & pelanggan baru yang datang ke FSR Technology HQ (klik untuk peta lokasi) untuk pemasangan FCU dan membuat Dyno test.
2. Program ini akan dijalankan sehingga suatu tarikh yang akan ditentukan.
3. FSR technology berhak untuk mengubah terma & syarat program ini pada bila-bila masa.
Pemilik FCU:
1. Jika anda hadir bersama pelanggan baru, anda akan mendapat RM20 secara tunai bagi setiap pelanggan yang anda refer.
2. Tiada had bilangan pelanggan baru yang anda boleh refer. Contohnya jika anda berjaya refer 40 pelanggan baru, anda akan mendapat jumlah RM800.
Pelanggan baru yang diracunrefer:
1. Cari kawan yang memiliki FCU untuk refer anda kepada kami.
2. Nikmati diskaun RM20 untuk pembelian setiap FCU (pemasangan Rabu-Jumaat, 12-4pm). Diskaun RM10 jika pasang pada hari Sabtu (12-5pm).
Jangan ketinggalan! Pasang FCU hari ini!

A very nice orange bike we installed our FCU on. Frankly we were quite envious…
FCU-150Z Package contents
This is what the final package should contain. Things like a quick install guide and warranty information are not shown in picture. Some parts may differ slightly in the final production model.
- Fuel Control Unit model FCU-150z
- Handlebar switch for settings selection
- USB cable (A to mini-B)
- Screw terminal block
- Wire splice connector
- Software CD - contains tuning software and user manual (not available in certain markets, software can be downloaded here: www.fsrtech.com/fcu/downloads)
Testing and Packaging (Part 2)
Our FCUs are slowly rolling off the production line. You can see the model number in the picture.
One of the major reasons why it’s taking some time to roll out is because we were building our own automated functional testing system. Each FCU has to pass a comprehensive analog voltage tolerance test. Only a 1.5% maximum difference vs the reference is allowed.

We’re in the final stages of preparing our FCU for sale. Some pictures of what our box will look like. That’s right, you’ll paying only for the brilliantly engineered content, not an expensive box!

FCU Mass Production!
Video of the automated pick and place machine at the factory assembling our PCBs. We visited earlier today to inspect the first FCUs that just rolled off the assembly line. Everything worked fine, so mass production is in full swing now!
